This home's beautiful colour scheme with its blended colours, meld perfectly with the surrounding hill side. The angles and roof sections adds to the interest of the external features of the home. The tiled entry with its unique water feature opens onto an internal timber landing with impressive timber steps leading down to the ground floor and up to the middle level of the home. Due to the severe sloping site, the construction of the home was a challenge for site safety and general construction.

The design has used custom orb cladding, cut out features in the blockwork and vertically aligned fixed glazing panels and distinctive colour panels to enhance the home's visual aspects.
