This is a two storey contemporary home, with a centralised
kitchen servicing the dining and living rooms.
A home office is
also located on the ground floor with double door
access from the
front entry. A powder room on the ground floor
services the living areas.
The timber staircase leads to the upstairs bedrooms, bathroom and master
suite. The use of louvers in the upstairs passage allows cross ventilation and
cooling breezes to enter this upper floor.
The balcony off the master bedroom was located to accommodate some river views.
The design has used custom orb cladding, cut out features in the blockwork and vertically aligned fixed glazing panels and distinctive colour panels to enhance the home's visual aspects.
