Due to the severe sloping site, the construction of the home
was a challenge for site safety and general construction.
The home is of composite construction with rendered blockwork,
timber framed sections, with weatherboard and custom orb cladding.
Entry to the property is through a security gate in a block fence, across the
timber deck beside the pool through double front timber doors. The carport
beside the front entry is enclosed by powdercoated aluminium screens and
which is constructed on a suspended slab to allow access from the street.
Directly across from the entry foyer is the entertaining deck, with views across the bay, and outdoor kitchen. To the left of the entry are the dining and kitchen and living room. The right, leads to the powder room, study and master bedroom suite, with large fully tiled ensuite.
The stairs to the right of the entry lead down to the other bedrooms and bathroom, teenagers retreat with its own deck , laundry with drying deck. The drying deck has a stairway leading up to the carport.
